During my residency at Llawn's FreeHaus in Llandudno, contemporary dancer Angharad Harrop engaged with the architecture of the dilapidated building by suspending herself within the gap in a wall. This simple idea - which seemed simultaneously to denote strengh, poise, and precariousness - became the premise for a series of panel pantings and canvases.
